EASY DRY

500 ml - 16.9 fl oz

For best results, use on cool surfaces out of direct sunlight.

Wash and rinse vehicle. Apply 1-2 sprays of NXTZEN Easy Dry per panel including glass and trim surfaces. Spread and dry with a NXTZEN Microfibre Drying Towel, wiping away any excess Easy Dry in the process.

NOTE: Avoid allowing Easy Dry to cure in your microfibre towels. Wash drying towels immediately or soak in a 1:40 solution of NXTZEN Super Clean to avoid the fibres becoming hydrophobic.

CERAMIC XPRESS V2

Suitable for use on all exterior surfaces. For best results, apply to a cool, clean surface out of direct sunlight.

Wash and rinse the vehicle. Spray onto a wet or dry surface (3-4 sprays per panel) and buff dry with a microfibre towel.

CERAMIC

For maximum durability, thoroughly decontaminate the surface using NXTZEN Super Clean and NXTZEN Iron Decon. If bonded surface contamination still exists, perform a claying process and polish if necessary. Wipe the surface clean with NXTZEN Prep Solvent.

Apply Ceramic indoors and to cool surfaces only. Add 9-10 drops to an applicator. Work one panel at a time. Apply in overlapping motions until complete panel is coated.

Wait 1-2 minutes and remove any excess with a clean microfibre towel. Check for high spots (dark patches) thoroughly in adequate lighting. Repeat until all surfaces completed.

Allow to cure for minimum 6 hours (12 hours in cold conditions) before getting wet. Full chemical resistance achieved within 7 days.

WHEEL & BODY CLEANER

Use on cool surfaces only and out of direct sunlight. DO NOT allow to dry on the surface before rinsing. Safe for use on all factory-finished and coated wheels - Test before use on raw, polished, or specialty finishes.

Suitable for use as a paint decontamination product and brake dust cleaner. Spray NXTZEN Wheel & Body Cleaner onto the surface. Allow to react for up to 1-2 minutes. Iron particles will react and turn purple as they are dissolved from the surface.

For heavily contaminated wheels, agitate with a brush. Rinse thoroughly with water.

FOAM DECON

Use on cool surfaces only and out of direct sunlight. DO NOT allow to dry before rinsing.

For pre-wash snow foam, mix NXTZEN Foam Decon with water at 1:40 in your foam cannon. Allow the snow foam to dwell for 2-3 minutes and rinse.

Follow with a bucket wash solution mixed at 1:1000. Rinse thoroughly and dry vehicle immediately with a microfibre drying towel.

Super Clean

Use on cool surfaces only and out of direct sunlight. DO NOT allow to dry on the surface. Test before use on raw, polished, or specialty finishes.

Retail pack size is ready-to-use concentration.

As a paint decontamination pre-soak: spray Super Clean onto the surface and allow to dwell for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

For general surface cleaning: spray on, agitate if applicable, and wipe off. Neutralise with water to remove any residue.

NXT Protect

For use on leather, vinyl, rubber and plastic surfaces where a matte/satin finish is desired.

Spray NXT Protect directly onto surface or into a microfibre towel. Spread on the surface to be treated and then buff the surface dry.

DuroGel V2

Apply NXTZEN DuroGel V2 liberally with a foam applicator to tire sidewalls. Allow to self-level and dry. For more gloss, apply a second coat after 45-60 minutes.

Prep Solvent

DO NOT leave overspray to dwell and dry on paint protection films.

Spray NXTZEN Prep Solvent onto a microfibre cloth or directly on the surface to be cleaned. Spread and buff dry with the microfibre cloth. Repeat until the surface feels smooth and all visible residue is dissolved.

365PRO V2

365PRO is mixed 9 parts polymer with 1 part crosslinker. If mixing the entire bottle, add entire crosslinker to the main bottle and shake vigorously for 1 minute.

Work on clean, dry surfaces. For maximum durability, thoroughly decontaminate the surface using NXTZEN Super Clean and NXTZEN Iron Decon. If bonded surface contamination still exists, perform a claying process and polish if necessary. Wipe the surface clean with NXTZEN Prep Solvent.

Apply 365PRO one panel at a time directly to surface or by spraying 2-3 sprays onto a lint free microfibre towel or applicator. Be careful to wipe up any overspray. Surface should appear wet on first application.

Wait 1-2 minutes and remove any excess with a clean microfibre towel. Check for high spots (dark patches) thoroughly in adequate lighting. Repeat until all surfaces completed.

Follow these dry times before getting wet:

• 22°C / 72°F or above - 1 hour
• 10°C / 50°F or above - 6 hours
• Below 10°C / 50°F - 12 hours

Full chemical resistance achieved within 7 days.

NOTE: Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 12 months of activation with crosslinker. For long term storage, keep below -5 degrees C (23 F) to extend shelf life after mixing.

Rinseless Wash

Use on cool surfaces only and out of direct sunlight. Shake before use.

Dilution Ratios:

• For regular washing, dilute 1:250
• For clay lubricant or pre-soak solution on heavily soiled vehicles, dilute up to 1:60

Fill a bucket with water and add 2 capfuls (40ml) of Rinseless Wash. Soak your NXTZEN Super Plush microfibre towels in the solution.

For heavily soiled vehicles, add pre-soak solution to a spray bottle and soak panels with the solution. Allow to dwell for 2-3 minutes.

Using your bucket solution, take a wet cloth and fold into quarters. Gently clean one panel at a time, refolding the cloth as required when it becomes dirty. For best results, spray 1-2 sprays of NXTZEN Easy Dry to the panel and wipe dry with a microfibre drying towel.

ZNR+

For best results, use on cool surfaces out of direct sunlight. DO NOT allow overspray to dry on the surface. Shake before use.

ZNR+ 500ml (16.9 oz) is ready to use formulation. For larger, concentrated ZNR+ containers, dilute 1 part ZNR+ concentrate with 10 parts water.

As a waterless wash, spray ZNR+ liberally on the surface one panel at a time and allow to dwell for a minute. Gently wipe away grime with a plush microfibre towel, turning and folding your microfibre frequently. With a second clean microfibre, lightly buff the surface dry.

As a quick detailer, apply 2-3 sprays per panel on a wet or dry surface. Using a microfibre towel, buff the surface dry.

MARINER

Mariner is mixed 9 parts polymer with 1 part crosslinker. If mixing the entire bottle, add entire crosslinker to the main bottle and shake vigorously for 1 minute.

Work on clean, dry surfaces. For maximum durability, thoroughly decontaminate the surface using NXTZEN Super Clean and NXTZEN Iron Decon. If bonded surface contamination still exists, perform a claying process. Polish to remove any oxidation. Wipe the surface clean with NXTZEN Prep Solvent.

Apply Mariner in workable sections directly to surface or by spraying 2-3 sprays onto a lint free microfibre towel or applicator. Be careful to wipe up any overspray. Surface should appear wet on first application.

Wait 1-2 minutes and remove any excess with a clean microfibre towel. Check for high spots (dark patches) thoroughly in adequate lighting. Repeat until all surfaces completed.

Follow these dry times before getting wet:

• 22°C / 72°F or above - 6 hours
• 10°C / 50°F or above - 12 hours
• Below 10°C / 50°F - 24 hours

Full chemical resistance achieved within 7 days. Avoid salt water during this time.

NOTE: Store below -5 degrees C (23 F) to extend shelf life after mixing.

Cut Master

Shake Cut Master before use. Add desired amount of fluid to the Cut Master mixing bottle, or any wide mouth mixing bottle. Insert the supplied stainless steel mixing ball.

Add your selected abrasive at two level scoops per 3 fl oz of fluid. Shake vigorously for 1 minute to disperse. Use these ratios as a baseline and customise the final formulation to your needs.

Adjust the level of cut and finish by blending the different grades of abrasive, or by increasing/decreasing the ratio of fluid to abrasive.

Creating smaller amounts of finished product initially, will allow flexibility to add further amounts of fluid and/or abrasive until the desired results are achieved. We recommend recording your formulations for future reference.

For temperamental/soft clear coats, use the Cut Master fluid without additional abrasive for a super-fine finishing polish.

RINSELESS WASH ULTRA

For best results, use on cool surfaces only and out of direct sunlight.

DILUTION: Standard cleaning dilution 1:250. For use as a pre-soak spray or clay lubricant, dilute 1:50.

1. Fill a bucket with water and add 2 capfuls (40ml) of Rinsless concentrate. Add at least 3-4 Super Plush microfibre cloths to your bucket.
2. For heavily soiled vehicles, add 1:50 (e.g. 1 capful per litre) pre-soak solution to a spray bottle and soak panels with the solution. Allow to dwell for 2-3 minutes.
3. Take a wet cloth from your bucket and fold into quarters. Working one panel at a time, gently clean the surface, refolding the cloth as required when it becomes dirty.

Dry the surface immediately with a microfibre drying towel. Use NXTZEN Easy Dry as a drying aid to improve the drying process. Repeat steps 2-3 until all surfaces have been completed. Rotate your microfibre cloths and replace with clean ones if they become too contaminated.

SUPER SOAP ULTRA

For best results, use on cool surfaces only and out of direct sunlight. Rinse thoroughly. DO NOT allow to dry on the surface before rinsing.

DILUTION: For snow foam, dilute 1:10 with water. Fill your foam cannon with water and add 5 capfuls (100ml) of Super Soap Ultra. Shake to disperse. For bucket wash, dilute 1:50 by adding 5 capfuls for every 5 litres of water.

BUCKET WASH: Hose off vehicle to remove loose dirt. With your bucket solution, work one section at a time to clean the surface with a microfibre wash mitt. Do not let the residue dry on the surface. Rinse each panel as you go. Leave dirtiest sections until last to avoid cross-contamination. Keep a spare bucket of clean rinse water to clean your mitt regularly. Dry with a NXTZEN Microfibre Drying Towel.

FOAM CANNON: Foam entire vehicle with the 1:10 solution. NXTZEN Super Soap Ultra is deliberately low foaming for maximum wetting of the surface. When the foam begins to break up, rinse thoroughly with your high pressure cleaner. Dry with a NXTZEN Microfibre Drying Towel.

SUPER SOAP

For best results, use on cool surfaces only and out of direct sunlight. Rinse thoroughly. DO NOT allow to dry on the surface before rinsing.

DILUTION: For pre-wash snow foam, dilute 1:10 with water. Fill your foam cannon with water and add 5 capfuls (100ml) of Super Soap. Shake to disperse. For bucket wash, dilute Super Soap 1:250 with water. Add 3 capfuls (60ml) to a bucket and fill with water.

Hose off vehicle to remove loose dirt. If using a foam cannon, foam the entire vehicle and allow to dwell for 2-3 minutes. Do not allow the foam to dry. Rinse thoroughly.

With your bucket solution, work one section at a time to clean the surface with a microfibre wash mitt. Leave dirtiest sections until last to avoid cross-contamination.

Keep a spare bucket of clean rinse water to clean your wash mitt regularly. Do not let the wash solution dry on the surface. Rinse off as you go until all surfaces have been cleaned. Dry with a NXTZEN Microfibre Drying Towel.

NXT DETAILER

Use NXT Detailer to clean interior surfaces from light dust, fingerprints and daily grime. Leaves a residue-free, factory finish with antimicrobial properties.

Spray NXT Detailer onto a microfibre cloth. Wipe and clean the surface, checking for any overspray. Refold or use a second dry microfibre to buff away any excess.
