PREPARATION

Thoroughly decontaminate the surface using NXTZEN Super Clean, and NXTZEN Iron Decon.

Wash vehicle using NXTZEN Foam Decon or ZNR where water restrictions require it.

Mix NXTZEN ZNR at clay lubricant concentration and clay all surfaces to be coated.

Machine polish all panels prior to coating. A minimum single step process is required to minimise paint defects and cleanse the surface for coating. Perform additional polishing steps as requested by the client. Wipe down all surfaces with NXTZEN Prep Solvent.

APPLICATION

Ensure adequate lighting is available for coating application. Indirect or diffused lighting is recommended.

Spread the coating evenly ensuring complete and wet coverage. Working full panels is recommended. For larger areas follow body lines where possible.

Wait approx. 1 minute (Increase to 2 minutes in cold conditions). Commence removal of excess fluid. Multiple microfibre cloths are recommended. When microfibre becomes saturated with coating, discard and use a fresh cloth.

Apply a second layer 2 hours from commencement time of the first layer. Alternatively, IR cure the first layer minimum 15 minutes at 70 degrees C (158 F)

HIGH SPOT REMOVAL

Where dark patches exist due to uneven application, wet a microfibre towel and wring out the water until only very slightly damp. Gently wipe the surface to level out the high spot and wipe with a dry microfibre towel.

CURING

Coating is water resistant within 12 hours. Full chemical cure within 7 days. Use pH neutral cleaners only for the first 7 days and avoid washing where possible.

GRAPHENE SERUM

CERAMIC PROFESSIONAL

365PRO

For maximum durability, thoroughly decontaminate the surface using NXTZEN Super Clean and NXTZEN Iron Decon. If bonded surface contamination still exists, perform a claying process and polish if necessary. Wipe the surface clean with NXTZEN Prep Solvent.

365PRO sample pack is provided as 1 part polymer and 1 part crosslinker. Add one sample bottle to the other sample bottle and shake vigorously for 1 minute.

Apply 365PRO one panel at a time directly to surface. Surface should appear wet on first application.

Wait 1-2 minutes and remove any excess with a clean microfibre towel. Check for high spots (dark patches) thoroughly in adequate lighting. Repeat until all surfaces completed.

Allow to cure for minimum 6 hours (12 hours in cold conditions) before getting wet. Full chemical resistance achieved within 7 days.

NOTE: NXTZEN 365PRO is a highly reactive polymer and MUST be stored below -5 degrees C (23 F) to extend shelf life after mixing. 

L-COAT

Suitable for finished leather only.

New vehicles – wipe down all leather surfaces thoroughly with NXTZEN ZNR.

Used Vehicles – wipe down all leather surfaces with diluted Super Clean. For heavily soiled surfaces, agitate with a soft bristle brush and wipe away excess. Wipe down surfaces thoroughly with NXTZEN ZNR.

Ensure adequate lighting is available for coating application. Uneven application left to cure will be difficult to remove.

Wipe coating onto workable section in circular motions. Within 1 minute wipe away excess with a microfibre cloth.

Allow to cure for 6 hours before using the vehicle.

GLASS COAT

For best results, polish windshield prior to application and clean with NXTZEN Prep Solvent.

Apply Glass Coat liberally to the surface working maximum half a windshield at a time. Glass Coat is a penetrating silane and should appear wet on initial application for full impregnation of the glass surface. To maximise performance and durability continue wiping on the surface for up to 3 minutes, adding additional product to the applicator as required. 

Wipe the surface with a microfibre cloth to remove any remaining high spots. Allow to cure for 12 hours. Do not use wipers for 24 hours.
